상세 설명
아동 학대(CM)는 미국에서 심각한 공중 보건 문제를 구성하며 아동의 자기 조절 능력을 손상시키고 물질 사용 및 기타 규제 장애에 대한 위험을 증폭시키는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 집중적인 20회기 양육 개입인 부모-자녀 상호작용 치료(Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, PCIT)는 CM 양육의 질을 개선하고 긍정적인 양육 및 아동 행동을 개선하며 CM 재범을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났습니다(Chaffin et al., 2004). 그 효과의 기본 메커니즘은 거의 이해되지 않습니다. 이 프로젝트는 (a) 실험적 개입 설계를 사용하여 PCIT 효과의 근본적인 변화에 대한 이론적 모델을 테스트하고, (b) 자기 조절의 신경 행동 측정 배터리를 포함하고, (c) 부모 자기 규제 강화, CM 감소, 자녀 규제 및 행동 개선 지원을 위한 증거 기반 개입의 RCT에서 양육에 대한 관찰 측정. 연구 목표는 다음과 같습니다.
목표 1: 가혹하고 혐오적인 육아 및 CM 재범의 감소와 아동의 행동 적응 촉진을 포함하여 CM 특정 결과에 대한 PCIT의 주요 효과를 테스트합니다. 개입 가족은 서비스를 받는 가족에 비해 사후 검사에서 훨씬 더 큰 행동 개선(즉, 부정적인 양육 감소, 긍정적 양육 증가, 아동 내재화/외재화 문제 감소)을 보여주고 6개월 추적 조사에서 더 낮은 CM 재범률을 보일 것이라는 가설을 세웁니다. 평소처럼 (SAU).

아동 복지 가족을 위한 PCIT는 동기 부여 강화 교육에 이어 두 가지 순차적인 치료 단계로 제공됩니다. 자녀가 불순종할 때 효과적인 부모 명령과 일관된 타임아웃 프로토콜을 지도합니다.
