노쇠 재활: 건강한 노화를 촉진하기 위한 지역사회 기반 개입
연구 개요
상세 설명
이 다중군 무작위 대조 시험(RCT)에서는 허약하고 이동 장애 위험이 높은 지역사회 거주 노인(65세 이상) 324명이 세 가지 군(대조군, 운동 전용, 다중 모드 재활) 중 하나에 무작위로 배정됩니다. ) 성별, 연령 및 위치 선호도에 따라 계층화됩니다. 순차적 모집은 파트너 청년기독교협회(YMCA) 사이트 전체에 등록된 총 10개 집단(사이트당 2-3개 집단, 집단당 n=33명의 참가자)으로 이루어집니다.
RCT를 바탕으로 우리는 기능 재활 프로그램의 어떤 구성 요소가 노인의 근육감소증 궤적을 바꾸는 데 필수적인지 이해하고 노인을 대상으로 한 기능 재활 프로그램의 타당성을 탐색하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 모든 참가자는 기준선에서 근육감소증에 대한 검사를 받게 됩니다. 324명의 참가자 중 근육감소증이 있는 참가자의 일부는 추가 평가를 받게 됩니다.
검증된 노쇠 설문지를 전화로 관리할 수 있으며 노쇠 상태에 대한 추정치를 제공합니다.
컴퓨터에서 생성된 할당 순서를 사용한 계층화된 블록 무작위화(1:1 무작위화 비율)를 사용하여 적격 참가자를 그룹 할당에 무작위로 할당합니다. 참가자는 성별, 연령(80세 미만 또는 80세 이상) 및 선호하는 위치에 따라 계층화됩니다. 선택 편향을 방지하기 위해 조사자/참가자가 다가오는 과제를 알지 못하도록 무작위 순서를 적절하게 숨깁니다. 제안된 치료 기간은 4개월이다.
