연구 그룹의 환자를 위해 3개의 리필이 포함된 새로운 처방전이 현지 규정 준수 포장 약국인 ExactCare 약국, LLC(Valley View, Ohio, 44125)에 전자적으로 스크립트로 작성되었습니다. ExactCare는 환자를 위한 의약품을 사전 포장하여 매일 사용하는 의약품이 매일 사용한 후 폐기할 수 있는 별도의 종이 칸에 보관하는 지역 포장 약국입니다. 그들은 또한 환자의 집에 약을 배달합니다. 연구가 시작될 때 ExactCare는 30일 분량의 모든 환자 의약품에 대해 알약 팩 형태의 의약품을 제공했습니다(그림 2). 초기 공급 날짜 이전에 소진되는 약에 대해 약병 약이 제공되었습니다. 흡입기, 분무기, 주사제, 필요에 따라 투여하는 약물, 용량을 자주 바꿔야 하는 약물은 알약팩에 포함되지 않고 30일 공급박스에 별도로 보내졌다.
