상세 설명

1. 목적 연구 목적
- n=275 SNAP 적격 저소득 성인(≥18세) 및 아동(5-18세) 쌍을 인디애나주에서 모집하고 무작위화하여 약 n=138쌍이 SNAP-Ed 중재를 받고 n=이 종적 연구에 참여하도록 합니다. 대조군의 138쌍(연구가 끝날 때까지 SNAP-Ed를 받지 않음).

목표 1:연구 참가자 및 모집 모집은 학년도 동안 주의 4개 지역(북서부, 북동부, 남서부, 남동부)에서 9개월 동안 주당 n=10의 비율로 진행되어 각 지역이 계절 영향을 피하기 위해 대략 한 달에 한 번 방문합니다. 지역 내 승인된 SNAP-Ed 사이트는 커뮤니티 센터를 포함한 모집 사이트 역할을 합니다. 식이의 질 및 섭취: 적어도 하나의 완전한 ASA-24 회상 및 완전한 기본 조사 정보가 있는 성인 및 어린이 참가자가 식이의 질 및 섭취 분석에 포함됩니다. 결과는 관심 있는 영양소 및 식품군에 대한 개입군과 대조군 사이의 일반적인 식이 품질 및 구성 요소 점수와 일반적인 섭취량의 변화와 DGA, EAR 또는 DGA, EAR 또는 AI를 능가합니다. 전반적인 식단 품질을 평가하기 위해 HEI-2015 점수를 시간 경과에 따라 그룹 간에 분석합니다.
