- COVID-19-patiënten worden geworven via het Covidothèque-project en het UANDES-centrum (Chili)
- RA-patiënten en gezonde proefpersonen worden gerekruteerd via 3 referentiecentra voor reumatologie (Montpellier, Paris Saint-Antoine en Saint-Etienne)
Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria voor actieve RA-patiënten:
- Patiënten met reumatoïde artritis (RA) die voldoen aan de ACR/EULAR-diagnostische criteria van 2010
- Patiënten met inflammatoire opflakkering van RA (DAS28 > 3.2)
- Patiënten bij wie biologische disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (bDMARD's) of gerichte synthetische antirheumatic drugs (tsDMARD's) voor RA gedurende ten minste 2 weken zijn gestopt (behalve rituximab, waarvoor een uitstel van ten minste 12 maanden vereist is)
- Conventionele synthetische DMARD's (Methotrexaat, Hydroxychloroquine, Leflunomide, Sulfasalazine) zijn toegestaan
- Begunstigde van een socialezekerheidsstelsel
- Geïnformeerde toestemming
Opnamecriteria voor gezonde controles:
- Afwezigheid van chronische ziekten en huidige infectie
- Begunstigde van een socialezekerheidsstelsel
- Geïnformeerde toestemming
Inclusiecriteria voor COVID-19+ patiënten:
- Patiënten met aanhoudende SARS-Cov-2-infectie (PCR+)
- Patiënten opgenomen in het ziekenhuis op D7-D14 van het begin van de symptomen
- Patiënten met twee of meer symptomen van SARS-Cov-2 (waaronder koorts, hoesten, kortademigheid, keelpijn, pijn op de borst, anosmie, diarree)
- Deelname aan of begunstigde van een socialezekerheidsregeling
- Verzameling van vrije en geïnformeerde toestemming
Uitsluitingscriteria voor alle groepen:
- Onderwerpen jonger dan 18 jaar
- Hiv-positieve patiënten
- Diabetes patiënten
- Patiënten met morbide obesitas (BMI > 40 kg/m2)
- Gebruik van senolytica in de week voorafgaand aan opname (azitromycine, metformine, ciclosporine, JAK-remmers)
- Gebruik van steroïden in doses hoger dan 10 mg/dag in de week voorafgaand aan opname
- Proefpersonen kunnen geen toestemming geven
- Zwangere vrouwen, vrouwen die borstvoeding geven of niet-menopauzale vrouwen die geen effectieve anticonceptie gebruiken
- Kwetsbare onderwerpen beschermd door de wet
- Onderwerpen onder curatele of curatele
