Kunstmatige krimp van verse blastocyst: impact op slagingspercentages bij geassisteerde voortplantingstechnologie
Het doel van de studie is om te bepalen of het samenvouwen van een embryo (of het compact laten vouwen door het wegnemen van de vloeistof) vóór de overdracht in de baarmoederholte de zwangerschapspercentages verbetert in geassisteerde voortplantingstechnologie (ART).
Vrouwen die naar ons ART-centrum komen, worden gerandomiseerd in twee groepen: de instortingsgroep en een controlegroep.
Zwangerschapscijfers zullen in de twee groepen worden vergeleken. In elke groep zal ook een biomarker (celvrij DNA) worden bepaald en worden gecorreleerd aan het voorkomen van zwangerschap.

Dit is een prospectieve, gerandomiseerde studie die is opgezet om te bepalen of kunstmatige krimp (AS) vóór terugplaatsing van embryo's van invloed is op het klinische zwangerschapspercentage in de cyclus van enkele blastocyste-embryoterugplaatsing (SBET). Vrouwen die voor SBET zijn gekozen, worden op de transferdag gerandomiseerd in twee armen: de AS-groep waar de blastocoelische holte kunstmatig wordt verkleind door een laserpuls voorafgaand aan de transfer en een controlegroep.
Klinische zwangerschapspercentages zullen worden vergeleken. Secundair zullen de mate van monozygote tweelingzwangerschap en celvrije DNA-concentratie in kweekmedium in de twee groepen worden geëvalueerd.

Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- Paar dat in aanmerking komt voor een terugplaatsing van een enkel embryo in het blastocyststadium
- Beschikbaar koppel voor een follow-up van 12 maanden
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Poging met ingevroren embryo of ingevroren eicel
- Poging met een pre-implantatie diagnose
- Patiënt heeft geen geïnformeerde toestemming ondertekend
- Paar in een periode van uitsluiting bepaald door een eerdere studie
- Echtpaar onder wettelijke bescherming, voogdij of curatele
