在这项研究中,所有患者在接受首次储袋炎治疗后一年内每天服用利福昔明。
这项研究将调查人们是否愿意服用利福昔明一年以预防复发性储袋炎。
此外,这项研究将检查患者是否会经历利福昔明治疗的任何意外副作用。
通过这项研究获得的信息可能有助于提高我们预防因溃疡性结肠炎而接受结肠切除术的患者复发性储袋炎的能力。

- 具有已证实的溃疡性结肠炎病史以及 1,2、改良-2 或 3 期回肠储袋肛门吻合术 (IPAA) 和回肠造口术拆除史的参与者
- 回肠造口拆除后/IPAA 手术最后阶段后前 12 个月内诊断为首次发作的储袋炎
排除标准:
- 已知对利福昔明或其代谢物过敏
- 已知克罗恩病
- 肛周瘘病史
- 由于肛门括约肌功能障碍导致已知的尿失禁
- 已知的激怒袋综合症
- 基线访视时存在活跃的持续性盆腔感染/败血症
- IPAA 后前 4 周内因急性储袋炎而新发高排便频率
- 已知艰难梭菌感染
- 需要抗生素长期治疗(例如 多西环素治疗痤疮)
- 已知活动性乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、艾滋病毒
- 具有临床意义的肝脏疾病(可包括 LFT <1.5 正常值上限的原发性硬化性胆管炎)
- 严重肝功能损害,定义为 Child-Pugh C 级
- 同时使用 p-糖蛋白 (P-gp) 抑制剂(例如 环孢菌素)
- 已知肾功能下降,肾小球滤过率 <60 ml/min/1.732
- 回肠造口术拆除前 16 周内进行粪便微生物群移植
