Detaljeret beskrivelse
Mellem 2007 og 2012 blev alle patienter indlagt for akut kolecystitis og derefter gennemgået ultralydsguidet perkutan kolecystomi på Cheju Halla General Hospital fortløbende indskrevet.
Blandt 82 patienter blev 35 udført laparoskopisk kolecystektomi efter bedring (kolecystektomigruppe) og 47 behandlet med bedste støttende behandling uden yderligere kirurgi (BSC-gruppe).
Efterforskerne analyserede deres kirurgiske risici og kliniske resultater for begge patienter retrospektivt.

- Klinisk diagnose af akut kolecystitis
- Gennemgik den ultralyds-guidede perkutane kolecystostomi
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Overførte patienter fra andet institut efter kolecystostomiprocedure.
