Critère d'intégration:
- Patients philippins en bonne santé âgés de 1 an et plus atteints d'impétigo primaire, limité à moins de ou égal à 1 % de surface corporelle et n'impliquant qu'une seule zone corporelle
Critère d'exclusion:
- Impétigo étendu (> 1% BSA), affectant plus d'une zone du corps
- Atteinte systémique (lymphadénopathie, fièvre, septicémie)
- Comorbidités chroniques comme le diabète sucré, la malignité, l'insuffisance veineuse chronique
- Traitement immunosuppresseur concomitant
- Patients ≤ 1 an
- Patientes enceintes et allaitantes

Le système de notation en 6 points évaluera la réponse clinique en fonction de chacun des six paramètres suivants. Un point sera attribué pour chacun des paramètres suivants présents chez un patient, le score maximum possible sur ce système de notation étant de 6. Un patient n'a pas besoin de satisfaire les six paramètres. Une diminution du score sur ce système de notation par rapport à la ligne de base indiquera une amélioration clinique, tandis qu'une augmentation du score indiquera une aggravation clinique.
