Contexte : Des études récentes ont révélé, tant dans les pays développés que dans les pays en développement, qu'il existe encore un nombre considérable de femmes enceintes présentant une carence en iode. Notre objectif général est de surveiller le statut en iode des femmes enceintes en Chine et d'examiner la corrélation entre la concentration d'iode dans l'urine maternelle (UIC) et le niveau de développement physique du nouveau-né.
Conception : étude de cohorte prospective
Méthodes : D'août à décembre 2015, 250 participants (28 à 32 semaines de gestation) ont été sélectionnés pour participer à l'étude. Les enquêteurs collectent les échantillons d'urine ponctuels (n = 750) une fois toutes les deux semaines.
Cadre : Hôpital Xinhua affilié à l'école de médecine de l'Université Jiaotong de Shanghai.
Participants : 150 femmes enceintes normales et 100 femmes enceintes atteintes de diabète gestationnel (28 à 32 semaines de gestation) et leurs nouveau-nés ont été sélectionnés pour participer à l'étude.

- une histoire connue de maladie thyroïdienne à l'état non enceinte et antérieure.
