結腸直腸癌または乳癌の補助化学療法で治療された患者のケアにおける自己催眠学習の利点を評価することを目的とした前向きランダム化研究。
治療催眠は、化学療法に対する効果的な医学的サポートであることが証明されています。患者が感じる痛み、不安、疲労を軽減できることが示されました。
しかし、催眠には催眠療法士の存在が必要です。そのため、自己催眠が化学療法の副作用を処理するための効率的な代替手段になる可能性があります。
この研究では、結腸直腸がんと乳がんの患者は、自己催眠術を教えられるか、化学療法のために標準治療を受けます。
化学療法中および化学療法後に評価される生活の質のスコア (QLQC30) は、自己催眠が化学療法の副作用管理における優れた医学的サポートであるかどうかを決定します。
化学療法の副作用の処理における自己催眠の証明された利点は、癌に冒された患者の生活の質を改善する可能性があります.

- 乳がんの場合、補助化学療法にはアントラサイクリン系薬剤を使用する必要があります

このアームでは、資格のある催眠療法士による 3 ~ 6 人のグループでのセッション中に、患者は自己催眠術を教えられます。
セッションは2週間ごとに設定され、合計6セッションです。
欠席された患者様は個別セッションも可能です。
