オピオイド鎮痛減量研究 (OARS): 手術後の急性疼痛の管理
目標は、歯科医を含む医療専門家に、手術後の急性疼痛管理のための鎮痛薬を決定する際の臨床的意思決定のための最良の証拠を提供することです。市販の非オピオイド含有鎮痛薬の組み合わせは、最も一般的に処方されているオピオイド鎮痛薬よりも、少なくとも同じくらい効果的 (劣っていない) です。 影響を受けた第 3 大臼歯抜歯モデルは、術後の痛みの予測可能な重症度と結果の一般化可能性のために使用されます。
この二重盲検、前向き、層別化、無作為化された実用的な臨床試験では、影響を受ける第 3 臼歯抜歯疼痛モデルを使用します。

除外基準:

- 活動性または未治療の喘息
- -イブプロフェン、アセトアミノフェン、ヒドロコドン、および/または麻酔に対する既知の寓話的反応の病歴
現在、次のいずれかの薬を服用しています。
- マクロライド系抗生物質（例：エリスロマイシン）、アゾール系抗真菌薬（例：ケトコナゾール）、およびプロテアーゼ阻害剤（例：リトナビル）などの CYP3A4 阻害剤。重酒石酸ヒドロコドンおよびアセトアミノフェンの血漿中濃度を上昇させ、オピオイドの副作用を長引かせる可能性があり、致命的な呼吸抑制を引き起こす可能性があります
- 中枢神経系抑制剤。
- 毎日3杯以上のアルコール飲料を消費する、および/またはアルコール依存症の病歴がある
- 薬物またはアルコール乱用の歴史
- 第一度近親者における薬物またはアルコール乱用の家族歴
- 過去 12 か月以内にオピオイドの処方箋が 1 回しか処方されていない
- 現在妊娠中または授乳中
