幼児のおむつ皮膚炎に対する酸素使用の影響
背景:おむつの部分を風に当てることは、皮膚炎にプラスの効果があります。 さらに、酸素が創傷ケアに有効であることが文献で報告されています。 私たちの研究の目的は、乳児のおむつ皮膚炎に対する酸素の影響を調査することです。
方法: 2022 年 5 月から 2022 年 9 月の間にイスタンブールの公立病院の新生児集中治療室に入院する乳児で構成される研究集団。 研究基準を満たした 60 人の新生児を無作為化し、実験群 (n=30) と対照群 (n=30) の 2 つに分けます。 データの取得には、個人データフォームとおむつ皮膚炎観察フォームが使用されます。 赤ちゃんのオムツ交換は1日8回。 各おむつ交換後、酸素流を実験群に1時間適用する。 おむつ皮膚炎の程度は24時間ごとに評価されます。

- おむつ皮膚炎以外の皮膚疾患をお持ちの方
- 他の病気で皮膚に病変がある
- 既知の皮膚アレルギーがある

実験的:酸素グループ
赤ちゃんのおむつが交換された後、おむつの中に配置された酸素ホースは、おむつ領域に自由な酸素の流れを提供します. 酸素は、5L/分の流量で、部屋の空気に相当する 21% FiO2 の濃度で、おむつ交換のたびに 1 時間適用されます。 |
おむつを交換した後、おむつの内側に配置された酸素カニューレを使用して、おむつエリアにフリーフロー酸素を 1 時間提供します (酸素流量は %21 Fio2、5 L/分です)。

介入なし:対照群
このグループは、通常のケアのみを受けます。おむつは、使い捨てウェットティッシュと使い捨て赤ちゃん用おむつを使用して交換されます。 40% の酸化亜鉛を含むバリア クリームは、皮膚を覆う薄い層として、洗浄されたおむつ領域に適用されます。 赤ちゃんのオムツ替えは、1日8回、3時間おきに行います。 |
