毛巣洞疾患における両側平行楕円皮弁とカリダキス皮弁:ランダム化比較試験
仙尾骨毛孔洞疾患 (PSD) は、臀部溝への毛髪の移動によって引き起こされる慢性炎症と再発性感染症を特徴とする疾患として定義されています。
この状態は特に若い男性に見られ、患者の生活の質に悪影響を及ぼし、仕事や学校活動の遂行を妨げます。
PSDの治療選択肢は、抗生物質単独の使用から組織皮弁による再建切除まで多岐にわたります。
最適な外科的治療の選択肢については依然として議論の余地がありますが、理想的な外科的治療には、低い再発率と術後合併症率、早期の創傷治癒、短い入院期間、早期の仕事復帰、および良好な美容上の成果が含まれます。
この研究の目的は、PSD の外科的治療におけるさまざまな皮弁技術の有効性を比較し、患者の長期転帰を評価することでした。
