主な目的:造血幹細胞移植(HSCT)を受ける患者の症状管理における、ヨガおよび/または穏やかなマッサージの実践と標準治療と標準治療単独の影響をエドモントン症状評価スケール(ESAS)を使用して評価すること。
二次的な目的:
- HSCT中のQOLスケールの変化を分析する。
- HSCT中の宗教性スケールの変化を分析する。
- HSCT中の患者の主観的な経験を分析する。
- HSCT 中の患者の満足度を分析する。 仮説: 標準治療と組み合わせたヨガまたは穏やかなマッサージの実践は、HSCT を受けている患者の症状管理において、標準治療単独よりも優れています。
対象者: この研究は、骨髄移植のため腫瘍学・血液学センターに入院している患者を対象に、イスラエルタ・アルバート・アインシュタイン病院(HIAE)で実施されます。 患者からインフォームド・コンセント(IC)を得た後にのみ、入院中の臨床的および社会人口学的変数が施設の電子医療記録データベースから抽出されます。年齢、性別、月/年および移植の種類、コンディショニング強度、ドナーの種類、細胞源、そして基礎疾患。
参加基準: 18 歳以上の成人。 HIAEに入院し、骨髄移植の資格がある。ポルトガル語を話し、読むことができる患者。
除外基準: 聴覚障害のある患者。以前に精神障害、統合失調症と診断された患者。
サンプルサイズ: この研究では、サンプルは最低 40 人の患者で構成されます。
ヨガまたは穏やかなマッサージを 1 回だけ行ったパイロット サンプル (n = 40) に基づいて、疲労改善に 1.58 ポイント (SD = 1.58 ポイント) の変動が観察されました。 提案された8回のセッションにおいて、介入グループ(ヨガまたは優しいマッサージと標準治療)と対照グループ(標準治療のみ)の間で少なくとも1.5ポイントの平均差を検出する。検出力80%、信頼水準95。 % の場合、研究に必要なサンプル サイズは各グループの患者 18 人になります。 疲労に加えて、痛み、吐き気、不安、幸福感などの他のパラメーターも評価されるため、研究者は各グループあたり少なくとも20人の患者のサンプルを使用して、これらのパラメーターも考慮し、合計で少なくとも合計します。研究には40人の患者が参加した。

ヨガまたは優しいマッサージとHSCTの標準治療
|
ヨガセッションは患者のベッドサイドで行われ、次のテクニックのうちの 1 つ以上を使用します: 穏やかなストレッチ (アーサナ)、ガイド付きリラクゼーション (シャヴァーサナ)、ゆっくりと深い横隔膜呼吸 (プラナヤマ)、自然な呼吸や視覚化に焦点を当てた瞑想的なエクササイズ。心安らぐ場所(ディヤーナ)のこと。
HSCT 中にはさまざまな変化が生じる可能性があるため、統合療法士はこれらのテクニックから、患者の精神物理学的状態や提示された症状に基づいて、各セッションで患者に最も適したものを選択します。
ジェントルマッサージは、主に手のひらを使った軽い圧力で、体全体をゆっくりと一定のリズムでソフトなタッチで行うのが特徴です。
衣服の上からでも、ベッドシーツや毛布の上からでも行うことができます。
