각 연구의 목적은 재발성 다발성 경화증을 앓고 있는 남성 및 여성 참가자(등록 당시 18~55세)를 대상으로 테리플루노미드 일일 경구 투여량과 프레살리맙 투여 시 연간 재발률(ARR)을 독립적으로 측정하는 것입니다. ). 재발성 다발성 경화증으로 진단받은 사람들은 모든 포함 기준을 충족하고 제외 기준을 모두 충족하는 한 등록 자격이 있습니다.

    • 전년도에 재발이 1회 이상 기록되었거나, 또는
    • 지난 2년 이내에 재발이 2회 이상 기록되었거나, 또는
    • 전년도 MRI 스캔에서 1개 이상의 Gd 강화 병변이 기록되었습니다.
  • 남성 또는 여성의 피임법 사용은 임상 연구에 참여하는 사람들의 피임 방법에 관한 현지 규정을 준수해야 합니다.
