详细说明
亨廷顿舞蹈病 (HD) 是一种缓慢进展的疾病,它摧毁了受影响者及其家人的生活。 没有减缓 HD 进展的治疗方法,只有温和有效的对症治疗。
该试验的目的是确定辅酶 Q10 (CoQ) 是否能有效减缓 HD 的恶化症状。 在这项研究中,研究人员还将通过确定 CoQ 对 HD 患者的影响来了解长期使用 CoQ 的安全性和可接受性。

要符合参加本研究的资格,受试者必须在随机分组前 28 天内满足以下资格标准:
- 受试者必须具有 HD 的临床特征和确诊的 HD 家族史,或 CAG 重复扩增≥ 36。
- TFC > 9。
- 必须是门诊的,不需要熟练的护理。
- 年龄 ≥ 16 岁。
- 女性不得怀孕(例如,绝经后、手术绝育或在研究期间使用适当的节育方法)。
- 如果服用精神药物(例如,抗焦虑药、安眠药、苯二氮卓类药物、抗抑郁药),则在随机分组前 4 周内药物剂量必须稳定,并且在整个研究期间应尽可能保持剂量不变。 (注意:丁苯那嗪的稳定剂量是允许的。) 临床条件要求对这些药物进行的任何更改都将被系统地记录下来,并且受试者将被允许继续参加试验。

- 基线访视后 90 天内定义为精神病(幻觉或妄想)、未治疗的重度抑郁症或自杀意念的不稳定精神疾病。

- 基线访视前 30 天内补充辅酶 Q10
