- 40 至 70 岁的男性或女性
- 向他们的父亲或母亲或 2 人介绍湿性 AMD 病史
- 视力为 20/25 或更好 (ETDRS)
- 一只眼睛可能存在 AMD
- 开明的同意书由参与者和研究者撰写、注明日期并签名,高于研究要求的所有检查。
- 主体同意在国家档案中注册
- 国家保险计划的附属或盈利主体
排除标准:
- 双眼均存在 AMD 迹象(如果一只眼存在 AMD,则可能包含另一只眼)
- 其他进化眼病的历史容易使 AMD 和视力的评估复杂化(严重的青光眼,强烈的近视(优越或更等于 - 6 屈光度),其他严重的视网膜病变)
- 有白内障手术史的受试者
- 不透明阻碍了视网膜照片的评估(白内障,角膜营养不良)
