描述
纳入标准:
- 男性或女性,等于或超过 18 岁
- 适合 BMI 为 35-50 kg/m2 的肥胖者进行袖状胃切除术

- 饮酒量小于 20 g/d
排除标准:
- 患有其他病因的肝病
- 患有晚期肝病
- 凝血异常或其他禁忌肝活检的原因
- 在过去 3 个月内定期服用已知会引起或加重脂肪性肝炎的药物或抗生素、益生菌或益生菌
- 在过去 2 个月内使用过维生素 E 或鱼油补充剂
- 饮酒量超过 20 g/dl
- 炎症性肠病
