描述
纳入标准:
- ECOG 体能状态 0、1 或 2
- 未经治疗的原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤患者,经病理证实
- 至少一个二维可测量的病灶,定义为通过 MRI 测量的最长尺寸>1.0 cm
- 签署书面知情同意书
血液学功能,定义如下:
- 首次治疗前 14 天内血红蛋白 ³ 9.0 g/dL,未输注浓集红细胞
- ANC ³ 1,000/µL
- 血小板计数 ³ 80,000/µL
- 足够的肝肾功能功能,定义如下:
血清 AST 和 ALT≤ 2.5 *ULN ,总胆红素 ≤ 1.5 * ULN 血清肌酐清除率 ≥ 50 mL/min(使用 Cockcroft-Gault 公式)
排除标准:
- 颅外受累(如睾丸和乳房)和继发性中枢神经系统受累的证据

- 5年内有其他恶性肿瘤病史
