- 必须参加过 MAESTRO-NAFLD-1，完成第 52 周访问，并在扩展第 1 天访问后的 90 天内完成第 56 周访问，并且愿意参与扩展研究并提供书面知情同意书。
必须为 MAESTRO-NAFLD-OLE 提供书面知情同意书，并且必须在 MAESTRO-NAFLD-OLE 延期第 1 天就诊后的 90 天内筛查并满足 MAESTRO-NASH 的所有资格要求，并且进行不符合 MAESTRO-NAFLD-OLE 资格的肝活检延长第 1 天就诊后 6 个月内的 NASH。 符合条件的 MAESTRO-NAFLD-OLE 肝活检必须具有以下结果之一：
- NAS = 3，脂肪变性 1，膨胀 1，炎症 1，F2 或 F3
- NAS = 3，用 F2 或 F3 膨胀 0
- NAS ≥ 4，所有 NAS 组件中至少有 1 个，F1A 或 F1C，PRO-C3 ≤ 14（NASH，但不符合 MAESTRO-NASH 资格）
