学习目标
本研究的目的是评估重度抑郁症 (MDD) 患者和健康人之间通过重复经颅磁刺激 (rTMS) 方案调节皮质兴奋性的差异。 研究人员假设,与健康人相比,MDD 患者对皮质兴奋性的调节较少。
为了实现这一目标,调查人员将:
- 比较重度抑郁症患者和健康人的皮质兴奋性指标;
- 比较应用 rTMS 后运动皮层皮质兴奋性的调制程度,在健康个体和 MDD 患者之间;
- 研究 6 周抗抑郁药治疗后 MDD 患者组中这些措施的进展/演变,同时比较对治疗有反应的患者与症状对治疗有抵抗力的患者;

数据采集
- 临床评估:临床访谈将借助精神病学、心理学和认知心理测量工具(自我报告问卷和结构化访谈)进行,以评估参与者的健康状况。
- 行为评估:参与者将以电脑游戏的形式执行心理物理任务。
- 神经生理学评估:通过 EMT 和 EMTr (ETBi) 评估运动皮层兴奋性和兴奋性调制的方案。
程序

研究人群
本研究的参与者将是年龄在 18 至 65 岁之间的成年人,他们将被招募到临床组或健康受试者组。 临床人群将包括诊断为 MDE 的个体,并将分为两个临床组:

描述
纳入标准(临床组):

排除标准(临床组):
- 中度至重度自杀风险;
- 已知的双相情感障碍或精神病的个人病史;
- 酒精或其他物质滥用和/或依赖;
