卵巣癌 (OC) は、発見の遅れ、内因性および後天性の化学療法抵抗性、顕著な異質性により、依然として最も致命的な婦人科悪性腫瘍です。
新しい治療法を開発するための満たされていない医学的ニーズがあります。
前臨床研究では、GL-ONC1 は、卵巣癌を含む 30 を超える異なるヒト腫瘍の腫瘍細胞を優先的に見つけ、定着させ、破壊する能力を示しています。
GL-ONC1 は、単剤療法としての全身送達および他の治療法との併用による、および単剤療法としての局所送達による、米国およびヨーロッパでの初期段階の臨床試験で調査されています。

- -署名された書面によるインフォームドコンセント。
- -高悪性度の漿液性(高悪性度の上皮癌を含む転移を伴う悪性混合ミュラー管腫瘍(MMMT)を含む)、類内膜癌、または以下を含む明細胞卵巣癌:(1)プラチナ耐性(6か月未満の再発または進行)または(2)プラチナ難治性(プラチナベースの治療中の進行); -患者は、少なくとも2回連続して治療に失敗したか、追加の細胞傷害性治療の対象外である必要があります(例外は、ベバシズマブを含む/含まない化学療法を受けている第2相です)。

CA-125 according to the Gynecologic Cancer Intergroup (GCIG) is measured by at least a 50% reduction in CA-125 levels from pre-treatment sample which is confirmed and maintained for at least 28 days.
Pre-treatment CA-125 sample must be at least twice the upper limit of normal and obtained within 2 weeks prior to starting treatment.
