ドナーとレシピエントの血液型とヒト白血球抗原を一致させる必要があることを考えると、少数民族の間でドナー指定率を改善することは特に重要です。

効果があれば、e ラーニング モジュールを全国的に簡単に普及させて、臓器提供について話し合い、促進するように推進者をトレーニングすることができます。

Promotoras de Donación eLearning モジュールが開始され、参加している 40 人の一般の健康教育者がトレーニングを受けます。

Promotoras de Donación eLearning モジュールが一般の健康教育者の臓器提供に関する知識とヒスパニック系ドナーの必要性、および提供に関するコミュニケーションとドナー登録の促進に関する自信に与える影響を評価するために、参加している一般の健康教育者は簡単なオンライン調査に回答します。登録時 (前) およびモジュールの完了後 (後)。
次に、訓練を受けた一般の健康教育者が、成熟したラティーナと少なくとも 2 回の小グループ セッションを行います (セッションあたり 6 ~ 8 回)。全体で、480 から 640 の成熟したラティーナで 80 のセッションが予想されます。
