Beskrivelse
Inklusjonskriterier:
- Pasienter diagnostisert med keratokonus i klinisk undersøkelse, topografi og tomografi
- Pasienter med klinisk undersøkelse, topografi og tomografi aspekt av lydhornhinnen i det ene øyet, og det andre øyet diagnostisert med keratokonus ved klinisk undersøkelse, topografi og tomografi.
Pasienter diagnostisert med keratokonus ved klinisk undersøkelse, topografi og tomografi i begge øyne (OU).
- Pasienter med en viss grad av ametropi som gjennomgikk PRK og LASIK
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Anamnese med øyetraumer, glaukom, dysfunksjonelt tåresyndrom, rosacea, nevrotrofisk keratopati, systemisk eller lokal bruk av immunsuppressive medikamenter, tidligere okulære operasjoner.

ACTIVE_COMPARATOR: keratokonus
Evaluering av Visual System Homeobox 1 (VSX1), Superoxide Dismutase (SOD1), vevsinhibitorer av metalloproteinaser (TIMP3) gener. Keratokonus med andre øye uten topografisk og tomografisk keratokonøst mønster. Evaluering av tomografiske data. Noen ganger tok vi prøven av hornhinneepitel og perifer blodprøve fra hornhinnekryssbindingsoperasjoner, i det tilfellet med keratokonusprogresjon. Gruppe A Keratokonus/ som lydhornhinne. Gruppe C Keratokonus / Keratokonus Gruppe C Keratokonus / Keratokonus |

PLACEBO_COMPARATOR: lyd hornhinnen
Evaluering av VSX1-, SOD1- og TIMP3-gener. For å analysere tomografiske aspekter evaluerte vi pasientene som gjennomgikk LASIK (Lasei in situ Keratomileusis) med 2 år med oppfølging uten tegn til ektasi For å analysere genene tok vi prøven av hornhinneepitel, og perifer blodprøve fra PRK ( PhotoRefractive Keratectomy) operasjoner. Disse pasientene viste topografisk og tomografisk normalt mønster. Gruppe B Lydhornhinne / Lydhornhinne |

Målet med denne studien var å evaluere Evaluere de tomografiske parametrene til keratokonus, subklinisk keratokonus i forhold til lydhornhinner og identifisere mutasjonene som er tilstede i genene VSX1, SOD1 og TIMP3 hos individer påvirket av keratokonus i flere former for manifestasjoner.
