背景:
长期以来,儿科医学界一直关注重度紫绀型先天性心脏病新生儿脑功能障碍发生率升高的问题。 人们一直担心大量潜在的诱发因素,包括低氧血症和酸中毒的影响、心导管插入术期间的创伤以及动脉血氧饱和度长期下降的持续时间。 许多婴儿在手术前无疑会遭受严重的脑损伤,但在围手术期可能会受到进一步的伤害。 拟议的试验研究了在同质患者组中停循环与低流量旁路手术支持方法,这些患者在治疗的所有其他方面都以相同的方式进行管理。 主要因素,如心导管插入术和术前状态的影响被特别纳入主要统计分析。 这对于确定所比较的手术技术之外导致脑损伤的重要诱因并提高比较的效力非常重要。
设计叙述:
