- 病前改良 Rankin 评分为 0-2
- 患者必须能够提供知情同意书或有合法授权的代表代表患者提供同意书
排除标准:
- 患有已知炎症、需要抗生素的感染或怀孕的患者
- 每天接受抗炎药物治疗的患者,包括但不限于泼尼松、甲氨蝶呤、非甾体抗炎药物(布洛芬、萘普生、吲哚美辛、塞来昔布)和阿司匹林 >325mg
- 格拉斯哥昏迷评分 (GCS) 3 入院后 48 小时
- 代理决策者正在考虑撤除生命支持的患者
- 下肢、臀部或骨盆受伤,体重 >250 千克(自行车重量限制),或妨碍自行车正常功能的体型

实验性的:下肢仰卧循环测力法
除常规护理外,患者还将接受两次 20 分钟的周期测功训练,间隔至少 4 小时。
循环将设置为零档,并以被动模式开始,如果患者能够,患者将能够主动循环。

如果患者出现意识障碍或无法移动一条或两条腿,则自行车测力计允许通过电机移动下肢。
如果患者能够主动骑自行车,则该装置允许患者在没有马达支撑的情况下移动患者的腿。
