- 参与者年龄必须在 18 至 65 岁之间
- 参与者必须在 0-10 视觉模拟量表上将他们每天的慢性疼痛强度评为 3 或更高
- 参与者必须经历过至少 3 个月的慢性腰痛
- 参与者之前必须没有冥想经验
- 参与者必须是直腿抬高测试阳性
排除标准:
- 在研究期间,参与者不得参加任何新的(入组前 2 周内或入组后任何时间)疼痛管理程序
- 参与者不得服用阿片类药物
- 参与者不得是孕妇或哺乳期母亲
- 参加者在参加研究之前的最后一年内必须没有进行过背部手术
- 参与者必须没有任何其他感觉或运动缺陷,无法参与本研究
- 参与者不得有已知的中枢神经系统异常,包括:中风、痴呆、动脉瘤和个人精神病史
