背景

MNA 由 18 个项目组成,分为两个部分:筛选和评估。
筛查部分由 6 个项目组成,评估并得出一个可以解释的总筛查分数:分数≥ 12 表示该人营养良好,分数 8-11 表示该人有营养不良的风险,并且分数 ≤ 7 表示此人营养不良。
当此人的分数 ≤ 11 时,建议完成评估部分以确定可能影响其营养状况的因素。
