详细说明
富含血小板的纤维蛋白注射液是第二代浓缩血小板,由离心血液制备而成,富含血小板、干细胞和生长因子,是富含血小板血浆释放量的七倍。 这是一个简化的程序,没有对血液进行生化操作,不含已知会抑制伤口愈合的抗凝剂或任何胶凝剂,并且在制备过程中易于使用且错误率低。
PRF释放多种生长因子,如血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),它们在血管生成、胶原合成、和骨再生。
由于报告的骨密度增加和骨再生率降低,特别是成人患者的拔牙治疗可能需要更长的时间。 此外,正如之前的研究所报道的那样,大部分时间关闭拔牙空间的收缩过程都伴随着骨质流失和牙根吸收。 i-PRF 可以加速牙齿移动,此外,还可以防止牙齿回缩的不良副作用。

- 成年患者
- 全套恒牙列(不包括第三磨牙)。
- 良好的口腔卫生
- 需要拔除前磨牙的前突病例(双颌前突或 II 类 1 区)
排除标准:
- 既往正畸治疗史。
- 影响牙齿移动的全身性疾病或药物。
- 吸烟者
- 口腔健康状况不佳,无法进行正畸治疗(存在龋齿、活动性白斑或牙周病)
- 异位萌出犬齿的严重拥挤病例
