背景:强化步行练习是一项需要超出常规治疗极限的任务。 作为解决方案,生产了允许在地面上行走的机器人辅助外骨骼。 外骨骼可以让用户执行剧烈、有针对性和多次重复的运动,同时在行走过程中提供稳定性和平衡。 在这项研究中,一种新型机器人支持的外骨骼系统用于步态和平衡康复。 作为新步行系统的首次临床研究,这项研究非常重要。 该研究的主要目的是评估 FreeGait® 外骨骼系统(BAMA Technology,安卡拉,土耳其)对运动不完全性脊髓损伤患者步态参数的影响。 第二个目标是评估其对生活质量和独立性的影响。

- SCI T4以下,
- 患有 AIS(美国脊柱损伤协会损伤量表)C 或 D 级损伤的患者,
- 双侧股四头肌徒手测试分数≥2,

排除标准:
