详细说明
脑瘫是导致儿童严重身体残疾的最常见原因(每千名活产儿中有 1.5 - 3 例),并且可能会或可能不会伴有智力、感觉、沟通缺陷和癫痫综合征,具体取决于受影响的大脑区域。 最常见的表现形式是痉挛性脑瘫,其特征是运动发育不典型、运动或姿势异常、反射亢进和肌张力增加。 这些困难和限制将会影响他们在社会各个领域的独立性和融入性。
使用全身振动 (WBV) 来减少下肢痉挛从而改善功能已经使用了十多年,显示出一些好处,例如减少痉挛或改善下肢的力量和功能。

描述
纳入标准:
- 诊断为痉挛性脑瘫的患者。
- 年龄在8至14岁之间。
- GMFCS I、II 或 III:能够在有或没有技术辅助的情况下独立行走;能够独立站立或抓住支架站立3分钟;能够理解并遵循简单的指示;具有耐受临床测试和检查的能力。
排除标准:
- 研究前 3 个月内参与连续注射或肉毒毒素治疗。
- 最近进行过骨科手术(少于 12 个月)。
- 在本临床研究之前的 4 个月内参加过其他肌肉强化计划。
- 下肢关节出现固定性挛缩的儿童。
- 禁止体育锻炼的医疗状况。
