方法:
报名及培训:
所有符合研究标准的参与者都将从现有的 WhatsApp 群组中招募,该群组由对生活方式干预感兴趣的现代医学医生及其家人组成。
在干预开始之前,将通过社交媒体平台在线熟悉研究方案,了解生活方式医学的基本概念,特别是所采取的干预措施。
同意的成员将参加该研究并将接受以下干预措施:
I. 基线筛选:在干预开始前的准备阶段,将由参与者评估以下参数:
人体测量与临床:身高、体重、腰围、腰臀比、血压 生化:血脂、载脂蛋白 B、脂蛋白 A、HbA1C、血糖(空腹和 PP)、CRP、LFT、RFT、尿酸、TSH
二.生活方式干预:将监督参与者
- 遵循规定的饮食计划
- 每天间歇性禁食 12 小时
- 参加每周 3 天一小时的团体在线锻炼计划。
- 根据 PSQI(匹兹堡睡眠质量指数)分数监控睡眠持续时间
- (锻炼时间 = 每周 180 分钟,包括有氧运动、力量训练和灵活性训练)
