Radiothérapie postopératoire ou de sauvetage pour le cancer de la prostate à ganglions négatifs après une prostatectomie radicale
Le but de cette étude est de voir quels effets, bons et/ou mauvais, le rayonnement protonique et/ou le rayonnement conventionnel et l'hormonothérapie (le cas échéant) ont sur le cancer de la prostate déjà réapparu ou sur le risque de récidive du cancer de la prostate.

Critère d'intégration:
- Cancer de la prostate traité principalement par prostatectomie ouverte, laparoscopique ou assistée par robot.
- Valeur PSA maximale de 20 ng/ml.
Critère d'exclusion:
- Preuve de métastase à distance (M1).
- Chimiothérapie systémique antérieure pour quelque raison que ce soit.
- - Irradiation antérieure du bassin qui compromettrait la capacité à administrer le traitement à l'étude prescrit.
- Maladie intestinale inflammatoire active (maladie de Crohn, diverticulite ou rectocolite hémorragique) affectant le rectum. (Les diverticulites non actives et la maladie de Crohn n'affectant pas le rectum sont autorisées).
- Antécédents de remplacement de la hanche.
- Cancer antérieur ou concomitant, autre qu'un cancer de la peau non mélanomateux, à moins qu'il n'y ait pas eu de maladie depuis au moins 5 ans.
- Prendre Saw Palmetto ou du méthotrexate et ne pas pouvoir ou ne pas vouloir interrompre son utilisation pendant la radiothérapie.
