Influence de la méthode de compression après cathétérisme transradial dans l'artère radiale
Le but de l'étude est de déterminer les différences d'occlusion de l'artère radiale à partir de deux méthodes compressives utilisées après cathétérisme transradial et son impact fonctionnel sur la mobilité de la main.

Description détaillée
Les modifications du test d'Allen et de l'oxymétrie de pouls seront évaluées au départ, 1 semaine et 3 mois de cathétérisme dans les deux groupes de patients afin de vérifier la fonctionnalité des communications entre les artères ulnaire et radiale.
Le retentissement de chaque méthode compressive sur l'occlusion radiale et la revascularisation artérielle sera évalué à tout moment par éco-Doppler.
Les changements de diamètre de la lumière artérielle des artères radiales et ulnaires à la suite d'une occlusion radiale seront effectués simultanément aux mesures Doppler du flux sanguin.
L'éventuel impact de l'occlusion radiale sur la mobilité de la main se fera à l'aide d'un dynamomètre conçu pour évaluer la force (test d'endurance) et la claudication musculaire (test d'échange rapide).

Critère d'intégration:
- Patients chez qui au moins le cathétérisme diagnostique a été effectué avec succès par voie artérielle radiale.
- Patients avec un test clinique d'Allen négatif montrant une hyperémie avant 9 secondes après la libération de la pression sur le pouls de l'artère ulnaire.
- Patients présentant un schéma de Barbeau A, B ou C avec le test pulsioxymétrique après avoir relâché la pression sur le pouls de l'artère ulnaire.
- Les patients qui pourront faire les visites de suivi à 1 semaine et 3 mois.
- Signature du consentement éclairé
Critère d'exclusion:
- Patients dont aucune des procédures diagnostiques ou thérapeutiques n'a été effectuée avec succès par la voie de l'artère radiale.
- Patients avec un test d'Allen positif (pas d'hyperémie) après pression et relâchement sur le pouls de l'artère ulnaire.
- Patients présentant un schéma de Barbeau D avec le test pulsioxymétrique après avoir relâché la pression sur le pouls de l'artère ulnaire.
- Impossibilité de visiter à 1 semaine et 3 mois.
- Impossibilité d'obtenir le formulaire de consentement éclairé
