詳細な説明
この研究は、ニューヨーク長老派病院システムに入院している生存心停止患者の成人代理母を最大100人登録する非盲検二群ランダム化比較試験となる。 参加者は英語またはスペイン語を話すことができ、インターネットにアクセスできるデバイスを持っている必要があります。 参加者は、情報介入プログラムを受けるか、通常のケア(対照)を受けるかに 2:1 でランダムに割り当てられます。
介入群の参加者は、研究登録時、一般診療フロアへの移動時、および退院後 1 か月後に、3 つの個別のパッケージで情報介入を受けます。 すべての参加者は、研究登録時、退院時、および退院後 3 か月後に、病気の不確実性、心理的苦痛、および介護者の負担について評価されます。 また、参加者全員は GENEActiv 睡眠モニターを装着して、退院後 1 週間の睡眠を追跡します。
