연구 목표:
- 미토콘드리아 용량 및 지방 산화의 높거나 낮은 상대적 측정과 관련된 근육에서 메신저 리보핵산(mRNA)/마이크로 리보핵산(miRNA) 발현의 특정 변화를 확인합니다.
- 근육의 대사 반응과 구체적으로 관련되고 단일 초기 운동 시합 후에 존재하는 분비 인자/miRNA를 식별합니다.
- 적절한 임상 샘플(근육 및 지방 조직, 혈장/혈청)을 수집하여 생체 내 및 시험관 내 발견 노력을 통해 산소 소비/미토콘드리아 함량의 변화와 관련된 미오킨의 검증을 가능하게 합니다.

- 각 채혈 전 48시간 동안 알코올 및 카페인 섭취를 중단할 의향이 있는 자
그룹 1에 적용 가능
- BMI 22~29.9kg/m2
- 규칙적인 운동 프로그램에 참여하지 않음
- 공부 기간 동안 매일 운동할 의향이 있는 분
그룹 2에 적용 가능
- BMI 22~29.9kg/m2
최대 산소 섭취량(VO2max) ≥ 45ml/kg 무지방 질량
/분
- 최소 1.5시간 동안 중강도에서 고강도 유산소 운동을 주 3회 실시합니다.
그룹 3에 적용 가능
- BMI ≥ 30kg/m2 및 체중 ≤ 350lbs
- 규칙적인 운동 프로그램에 참여하지 않음
제외 기준:
모든 그룹에 적용 가능
- 제2형 당뇨병의 병력
- 지속적인 정맥혈 샘플 수집을 위한 "불리한 해부학"
- 비정상적인 휴식 ECG
- 심각한 신장, 심장, 간, 폐 또는 신경계 질환
- 에너지 대사 또는 체중에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려진 약물 사용: 오를리스타트, 시부트라민, 에페드린, 페닐프로판올아민, 코르티코스테론 등을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않음
- 테스트 절차를 위해 안전하게 중단할 수 없는 혈액 희석제 또는 항혈소판제를 사용한 현재 치료
- 경구 피임약 또는 호르몬 대체 요법의 새로운 발병(안정된 요법에서 <3개월) 사용

실험적: 그룹 1 - 규칙적인 운동
인터벌 트레이닝과 유산소 운동을 번갈아 가며 실시
|
각 운동 세션 전과 후 각각 5분 워밍업과 5분 쿨다운.
인터벌 트레이닝과 에어로빅 트레이닝이 번갈아 진행됩니다.
인터벌 트레이닝은 직립 고정식 자전거에서 수행되며 에어로빅 트레이닝은 러닝머신에서 수행됩니다.
인터벌 트레이닝은 총 45분 동안 5분간 더 높은 강도의 운동과 4분간 더 낮은 강도로 번갈아 가며 구성됩니다.
강도는 매주 증가합니다.
유산소 운동 구성 요소는 적당한 강도로 고정되지만 세 번째 및 마지막 주에는 매주 45분에서 75분, 90분으로 기간이 증가합니다.
