포함 기준:
- 18-80세
- 급성, 자발적, 원발성 ICH를 보여주는 무작위화 전 머리 CT
- 30~80mL 사이의 수동 ICH 부피
- 연구 중재는 뇌졸중 증상이 시작된 후 24시간 이내에 합리적으로 시작할 수 있습니다. 발병의 실제 시간이 불분명한 경우, 발병은 피험자가 건강하다고 마지막으로 알려진 시간으로 간주됩니다.

- 교정되지 않은 응고병증 또는 알려진 응고 장애
- 보정 후 혈소판 수 < 75,000, INR(International Normalized Ratio) > 1.4
- 인덱스 ICH로부터 5일 이내에 시작해야 하는 장기 항응고제를 필요로 하는 환자
