纳入标准:
- 患者接受了冠状动脉造影和随后的血管成形术,并在新发狭窄病变内放置了裸金属支架。
- 患者接受了第二次冠状动脉手术,距离第一次手术超过六个月,其中证明了先前部署的裸金属支架的通畅性,前提是在六个月的过渡期间没有对该支架进行任何干预。 取而代之的是,将裸金属支架或药物洗脱支架部署在另一个狭窄病变(另一个新发病变)内。
- 患者在第二次冠状动脉手术后的 12 个月内接受了第三次冠状动脉造影手术,在第二次手术中展开的支架内显示出支架内再狭窄
