纳入标准:
1.年龄在1个月至14岁之间,按我单位标准需要肠外营养且符合以下诊断的患者:
- 局部或全身感染
- 腹部手术后
- 多发性创伤
肠外营养适应症:
- 肠切除术
- 肠梗阻或手术后
- 低氧血症引起的低血压导致肠缺血的风险
排除标准:
- 法定代表人不同意。
- 既往有基础疾病(肾功能损害、肝功能损害、炎症性肠病、风湿性疾病、代谢性疾病、免疫功能低下)的患者。
- 入院时有轻度肝功能损害(肝炎、结肠淤积症)。
- 体外循环心脏手术后。
- 从其他医院转诊且临床进展超过 48 小时的患者。
- 年龄小于 1 个月和 14 岁以上的患者。
