- 健康成人(> 18 岁。) 不服用华法林的受试者
- 愿意并能够授予书面知情同意书
- 在预期的数据收集持续时间(大约 3 周)内可在医疗中心附近使用。
- 绝经前妇女在研究开始时需要进行阴性妊娠试验,并且愿意放弃性行为或使用屏障避孕;口服避孕药会干扰香豆素。
排除标准:
- 每日处方药包括 (1) 一种已知会与华法林相互作用的药物,根据 Micromedex 中列出的中度或重度相互作用,可能或确定(截至研究开始日期,附录 A)(2) 阿司匹林或氯吡格雷,这可能会增加与华法林合用有出血风险。

18-74 岁的健康受试者,没有华法林治疗的医学指征,没有药物治疗和可能干扰华法林代谢的合并症,并且愿意遵循固定的维生素 K 饮食(男性 120 微克/天,女性 90 微克/天)包括在内。

采用固定维生素 K 饮食的入选受试者遵循标准华法林剂量算法,每天进行床旁 INR 检查,连续两天达到目标 INR ≥ 2,然后停用华法林至基线 INR ≤ 1.2。
CYP2C9、VKORC1 和 CYP4F2 中常见和罕见多态性的基因分型在研究开始时进行,并在研究结束时揭盲。
