该研究将调查急性中风的早期强化康复,以进行运动再学习、减少脚踝损伤并改善平衡和活动/运动功能。
急性中风幸存者将被随机分为两组。 Study组的受试者将接受实时反馈下的机器人辅助运动再学习、智能控制下的拉伸、感官刺激和互动游戏的主动运动训练。 Control 组的受试者将在没有智能拉伸的情况下接受中间 ROM 的被动运动和没有机器人指导的主动运动训练。
对于两组,治疗培训将在每周 5 小时的课程(包括任务之间的休息/转换)期间进行,持续大约 3 周的住院时间。 两组也将在医院和康复服务中接受标准护理。 治疗结果指标将通过盲法评估获得,并在涉及生物力学、神经肌肉和临床结果指标的培训前后进行评估。 结转效应将在治疗结束 1 个月后进一步评估。
