この研究では、運動の再学習、足首の障害の軽減、およびバランスと可動性/移動機能の改善のための急性脳卒中の早期集中リハビリテーションを調査します。
急性脳卒中生存者は、無作為に 2 つのグループに分けられます。 研究グループの被験者は、リアルタイムのフィードバックの下でのロボット支援運動の再学習、インテリジェントな制御の下でのストレッチ、感覚刺激、およびインタラクティブなゲームによるアクティブな運動トレーニングを受けます。 コントロール グループの被験者は、インテリジェント ストレッチングなしで中間 ROM で受動的な動きを受け取り、ロボットによる誘導なしで能動的な動きのトレーニングを受けます。
両方のグループで、約 3 週間の入院期間中、毎週 5 時間ごとのセッション (休憩/タスク間の移行を含む) で治療トレーニングが行われます。 どちらのグループも、病院での標準的なケアとリハビリテーションサービスを受けます。 治療結果の測定値は、盲検評価によって得られ、生体力学、神経筋、および臨床結果測定を含むトレーニングの前後に評価されます。 キャリーオーバー効果は、治療終了の1か月後にさらに評価されます。

包含基準:
- 入院後24時間から脳卒中後1年までの初回の片側性急性脳卒中、出血性または虚血性。
- 片麻痺または片麻痺
- 18~80歳
- 足首の障害
除外基準:
- 障害なし、または足首の非常に軽度の障害。
- トレーニングや運動の能力を妨げる不安定な病状。
- 適度な運動を行う能力を妨げる重度の心血管障害。
- 指示に従えない認知障害または失語症
- -褥瘡、最近の外科的切開、または治療された四肢の膝の下に開いた傷がある活動的な皮膚疾患
