NO_INTERVENTION:术前基线阶段

实验性的:剂量反应 - NS 和 USP 甘油 - 首次干预
初始冲洗使用随机分配给治疗顺序的 NS 或 USP 甘油。
NS 的起始体积和给药频率为 10mL/kg,甘油 20mL 每隔一天给药一次。
NS 剂量以 10 mL 的增量滴定以实现节制,以便 5 岁以下儿童每天不超过 500 mL,5 岁以上儿童每天不超过 1000 mL。
