这项纵向队列研究始于 2007 年,旨在评估 400 名老年人(60 岁至 85 岁)在 15 年的随访期间有发生认知障碍和痴呆症的风险。 选择随访期是为了涵盖至少三分之二的参与者可能发展为痴呆症。 在随访的前五年,在基线和每 6 个月进行一次评估;在 60 个月访问后,将每年对参与者进行一次随访,持续 10 年。 选择前 5 年评估之间的六个月,因为这是检测认知测量评估之间显着变化和避免测试学习效果所需的最短时间。 如果在前五年内没有注意到变化,那么每年的随访期将提供足够的时间来检测认知、步态和平衡措施的重大变化。

排除标准:
- 听不懂英语;
