- 非裔美国人(自称)种族
- 当前诊断为高血压或当前血压读数与高血压一致(SBP >= 140 和/或 DBP >=90)。

排除标准:
- 阴性尿液试纸。
- 目前正在接受透析或需要透析(第 5 期肾脏疾病)
