研究设计是一项多中心、2 组单盲随机对照试验。 干预组将接受基于信息-动机-行为 (IMB) 模型的干预,而对照组将接受常规护理。
常规护理:有一个由医疗保健专业人员组成的呼吸团队负责需要家庭无创通气 (NIV) 的患者。 该团队由一名医疗顾问领导,呼吸科护士作为团队成员,负责协助患者或其家人启动家庭无创通气并教授相关技术技能。 护士将提供一个一小时的面对面会议,介绍家用 NIV 的选择,并教导患者或他/她的家人如何操作和维护呼吸机、接口和配件,以及如何处理常见的问题出院前在医院出现渗漏、压疮等问题。 根据呼吸机的选择,将向患者提供带有呼吸机、接口、附件和呼吸机公司信息的商业传单或小册子。

描述
纳入标准:
- (1) CHRF(即 PaCO2 ≥ 7 kPa 或 52.5 mmHg)至少 4 周,以及
- (2) 使用家庭 NIV ≥ 4 周,并且
- (3) 非依从者(即,在过去 2 周内,每晚使用家庭 NIV 的时间 < 4 小时或每天的使用时间 < 70% 或平均每日使用时间 < 5 小时)
排除标准:
- (1) 除焦虑和抑郁外已知的精神障碍;或者
- (二)患有限制寿命≤一年的疾病;或者
- (3)活动性恶性肿瘤
