- 年龄在 12-19 岁之间的健康、非肥胖、诊断为特发性脊柱侧弯、正在接受选择性后路脊柱融合术
排除标准:
- 20岁以后脊柱侧弯的诊断
- 永久性认知障碍
- 孕妇或哺乳期妇女
- 最近 6 个月内使用阿片类药物
- 肝脏或肾脏疾病和发育迟缓

心理干预计划基于旨在减少焦虑和疼痛治疗 (ADAPT) 模型。
|
将在术后2-3周开始的前两个月内,完成一次术前和三次术后的认知行为疗法(CBT)治疗疗程。
可使用符合HIPAA标准的移动应用程序(SMART-MH)作为替代平台,提供相同的ADAPT CBT心理教育内容,并允许参与者以电子方式完成患者报告结局(PRO)问卷。

BAI是一种包含21个项目的自评工具,用于评估过去一周内的焦虑严重程度。
参与者被要求使用0-3分的量表对其焦虑症状进行评分,分别对应“完全没有”、“轻度”、“中度”或“重度”。
随后将得分相加,总分范围为0-63分。
0-7分表示低度焦虑;8-15分表示轻度焦虑;16-25分表示中度焦虑;≥26分表示重度焦虑。
结果将按研究组别使用基本描述性统计进行汇总。

PCS-C是一个包含13个条目的量表。
儿童版疼痛灾难化量表的主要调整之一是在每个条目的开头重复了引导语“当我感到疼痛时,……”。
每个陈述的回应采用李克特式评分量表,范围从0(完全没有)到4(极其),总体可能得分范围为0-52分。
