纳入标准:
进入研究时,PAD 受试者必须:
- 能够提供书面知情同意书
- 年龄在50-85岁之间
- 被诊断为Fontaine II-III期
- 女性必须是绝经后(月经停止超过 24 个月)
- 证明有运动引起的跛行病史
- 足部不得有溃疡、坏疽或坏死(Fontaine IV 期 PAD)
- 没有肾脏疾病或 II 型糖尿病
在进入研究时,年龄匹配的对照受试者必须:
- 能够提供书面知情同意书
- 年龄在50-85岁之间
- 没有外周闭塞性疾病的证据(踝臂指数 > 0.90)
- 女性必须是绝经后(月经停止超过 24 个月)
- 没有肾脏疾病或 II 型糖尿病
排除标准:
潜在患有 PAD 的受试者如果出现以下情况,将被视为不符合资格:
- 由于 PAD(Fontaine IV 期 PAD)导致休息时疼痛和/或组织损失
- 患有继发于血栓栓塞性疾病或急性创伤的急性下肢缺血事件
