Einschlusskriterien
- Gesunde männliche Probanden nach Einschätzung des Prüfers, basierend auf einer vollständigen Krankengeschichte einschließlich einer körperlichen Untersuchung, Vitalfunktionen (Blutdruck (BP), Pulsfrequenz (PR)), 12-Kanal-Elektrokardiogramm (EKG) und klinischem Labor Tests
- Alter von 18 bis 45 Jahren (einschließlich)
- Body-Mass-Index (BMI) von 18,5 bis 29,9 kg/m^2 (einschließlich)
- Unterzeichnete und datierte schriftliche Einverständniserklärung gemäß International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use – Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) und lokaler Gesetzgebung vor Zulassung zur Studie
Ausschlusskriterien
- Alle Befunde der ärztlichen Untersuchung (einschließlich Blutdruck, PR oder EKG), die vom Normalwert abweichen und vom Prüfer als klinisch relevant eingestuft werden
- Wiederholte Messung des systolischen Blutdrucks außerhalb des Bereichs von 90 bis 140 Millimeter Quecksilbersäule (mmHg), des diastolischen Blutdrucks außerhalb des Bereichs von 50 bis 90 mmHg oder der Pulsfrequenz außerhalb des Bereichs von 50 bis 90 Schlägen pro Minute (bpm)
- Jeder Laborwert außerhalb des Referenzbereichs, den der Prüfer als klinisch relevant erachtet
- Jeglicher Hinweis auf eine Begleiterkrankung, die vom Prüfarzt als klinisch relevant eingestuft wird. Es gelten weitere Ausschlusskriterien
